To Access Your Eye Care Records
Go to: www.myeyecarerecords.com
1. Register (as 1st time user): Enter registration information (Initial password 1234)
- Then, Enter your new password
2. You will then be redirected to the log in page
- Enter your email and new password
If you cannot access your records they may not have been *submitted to the portal yet.
*Visits after October 1, 2011 will be submitted, none prior.
